What They're Looking For.

Must Have

3-5+ years of experience in data science, analytics, or IT roles within finance, insurance, or actuarial domains, Expertise in data modeling, ETL/ELT, and database design, SQL, NoSQL, data warehouses, Proficiency in programming languages, Python, Hands-on experience with BI tools, Tableau, Power BI, Excellent collaboration and communication skills, Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Accounting, Business or a related field

Nice to Have

understanding of financial processes, particularly IFRS 17, ability to translate business needs into technical solutions, Familiarity with actuarial systems, policy administration platforms, finance data warehouses, Experience with automation tools, Alteryx, UiPath, modern data architectures, canonical models, real-time streaming, Knowledge of insurance products, universal life, participating life, seg funds, investment systems
