This is a high-impact role that blends hands-on dashboard development with strategic analytics leadership. You’ll work closely with key stakeholders across talent, brand partnerships, digital strategy, and operations to deliver insights that drive business performance and unlock growth opportunities, reporting to the Director, Data & Analytics. This role is ideal for someone who is equal parts **analyst, storyteller, and strategist** —comfortable digging into data, building reporting solutions, and influencing decision-making at the executive level, leveraging tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Amplitude, while helping evolve analytics practices and data foundations over time. **Key Responsibilities:** * Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and reporting solutions that support departments such as talent representation, partnerships, content, finance, and operations. * Lead recurring and ad hoc reporting initiatives, ensuring data accuracy, timeliness, and clarity. * Define and standardize KPIs across departments, aligning reporting with agency-wide goals. * Collaborate cross-functionally with digital, business affairs, finance, and executive leadership to identify reporting needs and translate them into scalable BI solutions. * Lead the evaluation and implementation of BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker) to ensure best-in-class data visualization and reporting capabilities. * Drive data literacy and enablement across the agency by training teams on dashboards and tools. * Monitor data quality and work with data engineers and
