What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, 5 years of proven success in the financial services industry, FINRA Series 99 required, Advanced technical proficiency in Excel, SQL proficiency, Advanced analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, Executive Presence, written and verbal communication skills, Expertise in data intensive mapping, requirements definition, testing coordination, change management, ongoing performance oversight
Nice to Have
FINRA Series 7 highly preferred

Lead cross-functional onboarding initiatives
Serve as subject matter expert
Define and implement data conversion strategies
Transform business requirements into mapping documents
Influence platform and process improvements
Provide functional leadership and direction
Support data conversions across clearing platforms
Drive strategic digital onboarding initiatives
Prepare dashboards and project plans
Lead resolution of complex issues
Support consistent execution across team
Ensure continuity of operations
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Work with internal collaborators; Work with Introducing Broker Dealers; Work with third-party vendors; Partner with Product Managers; Partner with Technology; Partner with Risk; Partner with vendors; Provide expert guidance to clients; Provide expert guidance to internal partners; Collaborate with Conversion Data Consultants; Maintain relationships with internal business partners
