Bachelor's degree and 8 years of relevant experience, or Master's degree with 6 years of experience, 3+ year of experience leading technical projects or teams with schedule accountability, The ability to obtain and maintain a government TS/SCI clearance is required, Demonstrated experience with enterprise architectures including Windows Server, RHEL, virtualization, and storage technologies, Working knowledge of containerization, automation, and Software Defined Networking (SDN), Hands-on experience with networking technologies from vendors such as Cisco, Juniper, F5, and Ciena, Ability to create and interpret network architecture and configuration diagrams using commercial tools

Nice to Have

Experience in Agile environments and familiarity with DevSecOps principles, Prior success in recruiting and developing engineering teams, Broad technical background across IT/OT, software development, CI/CD, Containerization, and Cyber Security, Proven ability to represent organizational capabilities to customers and stakeholders, Experience with U. S. Government contracts or defense systems, Advanced degree (M. S. , M. B. A. , or related), Active Top Secret clearance strongly preferred

Lead engineering teams in the design

and maintenance of enterprise-level cyber systems

Drive technical execution using best practices in secure development

Contribute to DevOps strategy and process improvement initiatives across environments

Maintains critical external customer contact to understand their technical needs

Manage Cost Account Management (CAM) and Risk Management activities

Collaborate with peers and leadership to ensure optimized resource allocation and mission alignment

Support deployment pipelines using the Atlassian suite and other CI/CD toolsets

Drive automation and improve system efficiency through scripting and scheduling tools

Support staffing strategy and requisition planning in collaboration with hiring teams

Conduct candidate selection

and approve hiring decisions

Manage career development

and merit planning for direct reports

and discipline when needed

to support team growth and performance

Facilitate access to tools

and resources needed for employee success

Deliver regular organizational updates and represent leadership across programs and teams
