What They're Looking For.
Must Have
At least 4 years experience working in cybersecurity or information technology, At least 4 years of experience in Product Operations, Product Management, or Program Management., At least 4 years experience working in Agile environments, At least 4 years experience working with Jira and Confluence
Nice to Have
Bachelor’s Degree, 3+ years experience in configuring and optimizing Jira, Tableau, QuickSight and Confluence, 3+ years of Data Analysis experience, SAFe PM/PO, CISSP, GIAC, CISM, CCSP, AWS Cloud Practitioner, or AWS Security certification

Design and implement tooling

Design and implement standardized frameworks
and playbooks for Product Managers
Establish clear definitions of done
and prioritization frameworks
Enable consistent product planning and execution practices across teams and ARTs
Partner with Product and Cyber leaders to improve strategy-to-execution alignment
Define and evolve the operating model for product delivery
Identify delivery bottlenecks and implement process improvements at scale
Drive adoption of best practices across Agile Release Trains (ARTs) and teams
and other operating cadences
and optimization of product and delivery tools
Build scalable solutions such as Automated reporting dashboards
Data quality scorecards
and Reduce manual reporting overhead through automation and system integration
Define and track KPIs and OKRs related to product performance and delivery health
Build and maintain dashboards and reporting frameworks for leadership delivery
Conduct deep-dive analyses to uncover delivery risks and trends
capacity and throughput insights

Translate data into actionable recommendations for leaders and teams
Drive adoption of new tools
and processes through training
