Minimum 10 + years of experience in CSR / development sector, Proven ability to lead and manage CSR projects independently, understanding of CSR compliance, governance, and reporting, Experience working with NGOs, government bodies, and cross-functional teams, Comfortable balancing field execution and strategic planning, communication and stakeholder management skills, Passion for creating meaningful, measurable social impact
