Must Have

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Mechanical Engineering, 12-15 years of experience in customer service management and/or after-sales service roles, leadership experience, Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills, analytical and problem-solving skills, deep understanding of plant operations, Proven track record of driving service sales growth and operational improvements

Nice to Have

preferably within the HVAC or related industry

What You'll Do.

Oversee Demand Planning

Manage customer orders

Enhance customer experience

Lead after-sales support operations

Develop communication mechanisms with customers

Address customer requirements

Act as primary point of contact

Lead after-sales operations

Oversee customer order lifecycle

Troubleshoot order discrepancies

Review and coordinate customer orders

Confirm delivery schedules

Ensure timely order processing

Establish sales order forecasting systems

Promote on-time pickup

Optimize inventory levels

Improve SAP SD module processes

Participate in new product development

Coordinate plant resources

Interact with field operations teams

Assess labor/service part requirements

Prepare cost estimates

Negotiate service sales

Achieve monthly forecasts

Meet compliance and sales process requirements

Coordinate with sales

Finance and logistics teams

Guarantee timely shipments

Resolve fulfillment issues

Identify and pursue new service sales

Maintain a robust sales pipeline
