Must Have
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Mechanical Engineering, 12-15 years of experience in customer service management and/or after-sales service roles, leadership experience, Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills, analytical and problem-solving skills, deep understanding of plant operations, Proven track record of driving service sales growth and operational improvements

preferably within the HVAC or related industry

Oversee Demand Planning
Manage customer orders

Lead after-sales support operations
Develop communication mechanisms with customers

Act as primary point of contact
Lead after-sales operations
