Must Have
7+ years of progressive experience in Credit & Collections, at least 3 years managing large, enterprise-level portfolios, experience using Salesforce (SFDC) for credit approvals, workflow management, and escalations, Deep understanding of financial statements, credit risk assessment, SOX-compliant processes, Advanced Excel skills, Hands-on experience with major ERP systems such as NetSuite, Oracle, or SAP
Nice to Have
Experience in SaaS, Cloud Infrastructure, or Technology Hardware environments, Experience using BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker for dashboarding and analytics, Exposure to international AR operations and multi-currency collections, A interest in or experience with leveraging AI tools to automate collections workflows, predict credit risk, or analyze customer payment behaviors

Oversee and manage an AR portfolio exceeding $2B
ensuring timely collections

Conduct detailed credit reviews for new opportunities and existing customers within Salesforce (SFDC)
