What They're Looking For.

Must Have

Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field, 4-6 years of progressive experience in credit, accounts receivable, collections, or credit risk management, 1-3 years of supervisory experience, Demonstrated experience working with mid to large customer portfolios and complex credit decisions, knowledge of credit analysis, including review of financial statements, credit reports, and risk indicators, Experience establishing and enforcing credit policies, payment terms, and credit limits, Experience developing and leading collection strategies while maintaining positive customer relationships, Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast paced environment, negotiation skills, balancing firmness with relationship building, working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Salesforce, Dynamics 365 and related software applications

What You'll Do.

Lead credit analysts and accounts receivable teams

Ensure consistent execution of credit policies

and develop supervisors

Actively participate in customer credit reviews

Lead collection strategy and execution

Deliver a high level of service

Partner with Department Managers

Identify opportunities to improve team performance

Champion continuous improvement

Attend and participate in industry credit groups

Monitor competitor and industry trends

Stay current on best practices

How You'll Work.

Team & Collaboration

Partner closely with Sales and customers; Collaborate with Credit Leadership and cross-functional leaders; Partner with Department Managers; Implement goals and initiatives in partnership with Credit Department Leadership and the Credit Director
