What You'll Do.
Develop and execute world-class

Lead and inspire the team to develop strategically-grounded

Manage creative talent (Art Directors
Graphic Designers and Copywriters) including a mix of contractors and agencies
Guide the team in the strategic adoption of AI tools to broaden creative exploration and pressure-test concepts
Proactively leverage AI to enhance leadership effectiveness
create scalable tools that empower cross-functional partners
and establish new ways to influence strategy and drive alignment across the organization
Collaborate with marketing strategists and internal business clients to understand consummate needs
positively influencing marketing strategy and the customer experience
Demonstrate expert knowledge of advertising and marketing trends and translate business intent into creative strategies and executions that market products effectively
Demonstrate an understanding of the intended interprets market research and tests results
and uses findings to focus targeted marketing messages
