Role Overview As a Manager, Cortland Front Door Waste, you'll lead and develop a team of Front Door Waste Technicians while overseeing front‑door waste operations across your assigned communities. You’ll own scheduling, service quality, compliance, and reporting to ensure every property maintains Cortland’s standards of cleanliness, safety, and resident experience. Team Leadership supervisory or technical training preferred Strong understanding of EPA, OSHA, and waste‑handling safety requirements Effective communication, coaching, and conflict‑resolution skills; bilingual ability is a plus Ability to manage schedules, labor budgets, and productivity across multiple locations Comfortable working outdoors and in varying weather conditions Ability to climb stairs, walk long distances, and lift up to 50 lbs Valid Class E driver’s license and ability to drive locally between properties Personal smartphone (Android 2.2+ or iPhone iOS 4.3+) with data plan and active email for documentation About Cortland Founded in 2005, Cortland is an international, vertically integrated multifamily real estate investment, development, and management firm with a resident-centric approach to living experiences.
