What You'll Do.

Managing the daily operations of a team of Senior Specialists responsible for the accurate and timely posting of Corporate Action entitlements to client accounts

Provide procedural and technical support to employees ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of all corporate action entitlements while mitigating risk and creating optimal client experience

Management of key risk indicators through the continuous root cause analysis of errors and omissions and the implementation of controls designed to mitigate risk and prevent re-occurrences

Raise and track issues and escalate to appropriate level where required

Manage complex issues through to resolution working with various stakeholders

Ensure the Entitlement Support Services Team is kept appraised of all potential client facing issues

Maintenance of satisfactory internal and external Audit/Regulatory/Risk Ratings and Reviews for area of responsibility

Provide focus and clarity in establishing individual goals

**_Job Description_** **What is the opportunity?** In the role of Manager, you will be responsible for managing the daily operations of a team of Senior Specialists responsible for the accurate and timely posting of Corporate Action entitlements to client accounts. The role includes but is not limited to ability to make decisions within area of responsibility, collaboration with colleagues across the organization to get things done, advocating a culture of continuous improvement, and being an access point for resolution of complex event issues as escalated by team members. You will also provide focus and guidance in establishing individual goals, driving performance, and supporting career development for your staff. **What will you do?** * Provide procedural and technical support to employees ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of all corporate action entitlements while mitigating risk and creating optimal client experience. * Establish an environment of continuous improvement that assesses workflow, processes and procedures on an ongoing basis, ensuring maximum efficiency and quality. * Management of key risk indicators through the continuous root cause analysis of errors and omissions and the implementation of controls designed to mitigate risk and prevent re-occurrences. * Raise and track issues and escalate to appropriate level where required.
