What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required, Five years of experience in month-end close accounting is required, Proven knowledge of GAAP, Excel skills are required
Nice to Have
Prior managerial experience is preferred, Working knowledge of Workday or other ERP platforms is a plus
What You'll Do.
Lead and manage the monthly close process for all Corporate entities
Oversee general ledger activity and ensure timely preparation
and integrity of balance sheet account reconciliations
and mentor senior and staff accountants
Partner closely with Corporate FP&A to support monthly financial reviews
and provide actionable insights to leadership
Collaborate cross-functionally with departments across the organization to gather critical accruals and ensure accurate financial reporting
Identify and drive process improvements
and automation across teams to enhance efficiency
Ensure compliance with internal policies
and SOX/internal control requirements
