## What You'll Do Manage and grow a portfolio of strategic partnerships, with a focus on audiobooks and media partners, serving as a trusted day-to-day partner contact Act as the primary point of contact for partners' needs, while executing long-term partner strategies that bring value to Spotify users around the world. Lead and support the negotiation of contractual agreements and operationalize those partnerships to ensure commitments are delivered across product, marketing, reporting, and integrations. Build deep relationships across partner organizations, from product and engineering to business, marketing, and content, interfacing regularly with global teams. Partner closely with Product and Engineering to define and support distribution strategies and integrations across partner surfaces and platforms. Coordinate cross-functionally internally with Legal, Licensing, Product, Technology, Marketing, Content, and Premium teams to drive partnerships forward. Source, evaluate, and develop new partnership opportunities, with a focus on expanding Spotify’s audiobooks ecosystem, while scaling existing relationships across media and emerging partner areas Navigate evolving partner ecosystems and translate strategy into scalable execution.
