What we’re looking for: The Manager, Construction Program oversees multiple project managers and guides projects through the full lifecycle, ensuring all sites are built to Nexamp standards and contractual requirements. They work closely with the Regional Director of Construction to align regional goals and support team performance. With deep experience in solar PV construction and contract management, they provide critical leadership, structure, and support as Nexamp expands into new markets. You will be hybrid 2-3 days every other week out of our Chicago, IL office. You will report to the Senior Director, Deployment. What you’ll do: Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget in partnership with the Director of Construction and project teams. Align construction teams by coordinating closely with Field Operations and Quality leadership. Monitor regional project progress and regularly updates the Director of Construction. Review development and contract documents to identify risks and ensure compliance with Nexamp standards. Approve third-party EPC invoices and verifies accuracy. Support project managers with engineering and procurement needs. Manage construction risk by reviewing insurance, waivers, warranties, finance requirements, and reporting. Oversee project deliverables, schedules, and budgets across a large portfolio to reduce exposure and ensure successful execution.
