Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Building Construction, Technology Project Management, Civil Engineering, or related field, 3 years of relevant experience in engineering or engineering consulting role related to civil, mechanical or industrial engineering, 3 years of experience using scheduling software - Primavera and MS Project, 3 years of experience analyzing complex data sets using advanced Excel including pivot tables/power pivots/macros/graphical visualization, 3 years of experience using cost estimating software (RS Means OR Xactiexcemate), 3 years of experience with Forensic Analysis - Critical Path Method delay analysis and damages analysis and quantification relating to construction projects, 3 years of experience analyzing complex construction schedules, identifying project delays. and applying appropriate industry-accepted methodology for Critical Path Method schedule analysis in litigation or dispute resolution scenarios, 3 years of experience evaluating parties' contractual obligations (nor>-legal), performing comprehensive fact-based assessment of issues, and developing damage models utilizing industry-accepted methodology for calculating construction damages in litigation or dispute resolution scenarios
