Must Have
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management, Minimum 10 years of experience in construction management, Proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget, Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations, Excellent leadership and team management skills, Problem-solving abilities and capacity to make sound, timely decisions, Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, Familiarity with project management software and construction management tools
