This role is a current 12‑month contract vacancy on the Allied team. ## Purpose The focus of this position is to manage the planning and execution of Capital, Base Building, Landlord’s Work and Tenant’s Turnkey projects. As a Manager, Construction, you will oversee a range of tenant improvements and capital projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard of quality. Reporting to the Senior Director, Technical Services, you will collaborate with internal teams, consultants, contractors, and tenants to lead project execution from design through to close-out. Your work will play a key role in maintaining operational continuity, enhancing the built environment, and supporting the overall performance and long-term value of the portfolio. ## Responsibilities Manage assigned construction projects from conception to completion.
