This role demands strong attention to detail, the ability to work under pressure, and a commitment to maintaining high service availability in a mission-critical environment. * **Exceptions Monitoring:** Perform real-time monitoring of system platforms, applications, ATM services and network infrastructure using enterprise monitoring tools and promptly escalate exceptions to corresponding support teams, in accordance with SOPs, for timely action. * **Batch Operations:** Track and manage scheduled batch jobs, ensuring timely execution and resolution of job failures conforming to the SLAs with business * **Incident Management:** Promptly identify, escalate, and track incidents to the appropriate support teams, ensuring timely resolution and minimal disruption to business operations. * **First-Level Support:** Conduct first-level diagnosis and resolution of system and batch issues before escalating to higher support tiers * **Collaboration:** Work
