Summary: The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing production, data control, and operational support in the data center. This role involves developing and implementing standards, procedures, and processes to enhance operational efficiency. The Operations Manager plans and manages the integration of new technologies to ensure high performance and reliability, and they define and negotiate service level agreements. Responsibilities: Oversee and coordinate daily activities of the operations center. Develop and implement standards, procedures, and processes for the operations group. Plan and manage the support of new technologies to ensure optimal data center performance and reliability. Define and negotiate service level agreements. Provide input and recommendations on business continuance and process improvements. Manage and mentor supervisors, project leaders, and technical staff. Work on multiple, complex projects as a project leader and subject matter expert. Required Skills: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
