It is how we work, consistently, be it towards the company, our colleagues or our customers. **Job Description** _Compliance Assurance Review_ * Conduct regular compliance assurance review and testing on Anti-Financial Crime and regulatory compliance areas * Collaborate with Business/Support Units to identify root causes of control identifies and support the development, implementation and tracking of corrective action plans * Analyse review outcomes to identify recurring issues, emerging trends and key risk areas, and escalate insights to management to support informed decision-making. * Develop and maintain compliance assurance review methodologies and documentation to ensure consistency, quality and audit readiness. _Compliance Strategy & Governance_ * Support the Head of Compliance in the effective execution of compliance strategy and the day to day operations of the Compliance function. * Provide administrative and governance support to the Compliance Department, including user access management, documents retention and internal approval workflows. * Participate in compliance related initiatives and projects, management reporting, metrics preparation and other governance or management activities. * Perform quality control reviews on compliance activities and deliverables to ensure adjerence to internal policies nnd regula
