Held’s Complex Accounting & Litigation team is seeking a seasoned and entrepreneurial Manager to expand our investigative consulting services. This is a role for a professional with experience in complex investigations and litigation and/or external audit. As a Manager / Senior Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading high impact / complex engagements and cultivating long-term client relationships across industries and geographies. This role is appropriate for professionals at the Manager or Senior Manager level depending on experience, with increasing expectations in client origination, engagement leadership, and industry visibility at the Senior Manager level. Location This role is primarily aligned to our Reston VA office but offers flexibility for a hybrid work environment. Job Responsibilities Client Engagement & Project Oversight * Execute complex, multi-jurisdictional investigations involving regulatory inquiries, compliance reviews, financial transactions, and litigation support. For example: * Conduct forensic accounting analyses including fraud investigations, damages quantification, and financial reconstruction. * Support litigation and arbitration matters, including expert report preparation, testimony support, presentations, and data visuali
