What They're Looking For.
Must Have
8 + years of experience in language teaching, creating and deploying learning solutions, or managing learning projects in blended learning environment ( F2F and Online), Masters’ degree/Certificate/ Diploma from a recognized university (Local/International) in English/English Language Learning (ELL)/English as a Second Language (ESL)/English for Speakers of Other Languages (ESOL)/Linguistics, Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including training, facilitation, and presentation skills, Familiarity with adult learning theory and instructional methods, especially with respect to language learning and communication skills, Demonstrated ability to prioritize workload, meet project deadlines, and drive projects to completion with limited guidance and direction, Experience and ease in working with diverse groups of people, Ability to team and adapt to a diverse set of professionals on projects, Coach/Mentor junior team members, Excellent relationship management skills with clients
Nice to Have
CELTA/TESOL certification is an added advantage
What You'll Do.
Deliver effective communication training targeting English
and cultural communication skills
Coach individual professionals on communication learning plans and track progress
Enhance existing programs to include cultural and business content
Review and roll-out learning materials from training partners and vendors
Plan and host social and learning events to build awareness of TCC program in local AC Offices
develop and deployment of innovative training programs to target specific communication skills aligned with business needs
Adapt to digital technology applications/platforms to deliver communication training
