Eligibility Requirements

Travel(5 - 10%), minimum of 40 hours/week with flexibility above 40 hours depending on priorities, occasional travel to EVERSANA facilities, clients and other industry events, reach, grasp, stand and/or sit for long periods of time (up to 90% of the shift), walk, talk and occasionally required to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, If working remotely (from home), employee will need to set up an appropriate home office, be available during normal business hours and occasionally outside business hours depending on priorities, and deal with a work environment that is usually moderately quiet, with frequent interruptions and multiple demands via email, video chat, or phone.

Must Have

Bachelor's degree, 5 or more years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience, Experience in outsourced commercial services to the pharmaceutical industry, Understanding of the life sciences product lifecycle and the services needed at each stage, Strategic thinking and creativity to think “outside the box. ”, interpersonal skills, Ability to analyze data and trends and draw conclusions, Ability to get things done through influence, Proven, excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills, knowledge/experience with Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)

What You'll Do.

execution of the critical business function of developing strategic and creative solutions for key clients that utilize EVERSANA services

working with the business development team to develop solutions

understanding the competitive landscape and how it impacts our solutions

creating integrated proposals to support the commercialization of a client’s product or products utilizing some or all of EVERSANA’s services

supporting revenue growth

developing solutions for new markets

providing guidance and support to the company’s leadership and commercial team

delighting clients with innovative solutions that support their goals

Create strategic solutions for EVERSANA clients and prospects in collaboration with business development and sales operations

emphasizing cross-functional service offerings to create a complete solution

Participate in scoping calls/meetings

and presentation development as needed

Provide strategy and content (PowerPoint

Excel) for proactive proposal development

Support the development of market assessments for specific opportunities

Work collaboratively with internal market research as appropriate to support above

Collaborate with commercial operations to align budgets with strategy

Collaborate with marketing to develop content as appropriate

Collaborate with finance to validate financial assumptions as appropriate
