What They're Looking For.
Must Have
5+ years progressive experience in program and project management, consulting, strategy, planning, or change management / transformation initiatives, Post-secondary degree, Experience working across a diverse group of stakeholders to bring together ideas, drive a clear mandate and agenda to keep the team focused on delivering key results, Ability to connect enterprise priorities to actionable programs and outcomes, Experience supporting delivery of strategic priorities and initiatives from planning through execution and field implementation, Advanced skills in program/project management including experience with project management software (e.g., monday.com), Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint and Excel, Strategic portfolio management, Data-driven and analytical mindset with ability to translate insights into meaningful recommendations and actions, Drives executive-level decision-making by synthesizing complex information into clear, actionable insights and recommendations, Leads stakeholder alignment across functions, effectively influencing without authority to ensure cohesive execution of strategic initiatives, Resource and budget management skills, Exceptional communicator with ability to translate complex concepts into clear, actionable insights for diverse audiences, Highly organized with attention to detail, capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced dynamic environment, Strategic and critical thinker with a proven ability to solve complex problems, navigate ambiguity, and adapt approaches in evolving or uncertain environments, Excellent time management skills, Possess maturity, humility, and situational able to manage conflict constructively, Works effectively in situations where information is ambiguous and adapts approaches as required, Exhibits organizational and political acumen with a one-team mentality, Ability to handle competing priorities and re-prioritize as required, Highly developed interpersonal skills with ability to effectively engage and influence leaders and team members across the organization, Possesses a continuous improvement mindset and takes personal responsibility and ownership as a self-starter

What You'll Do.
Develop and document annual/quarterly program plans/priorities
Drive accountability for delivery and gather progress updates
Support monthly portfolio performance analysis and reporting
Assess and support prioritization of project dimensions
Guide decision making and provide recommendations
Lead initiatives to improve operational effectiveness
Drive the Commercial awards process
Coordinate with teams to manage dependencies
Coordinate key presentations
Drive design and operationalization of governance structures
Serve as project manager for key programs
Engage with stakeholders on program direction
Highlight success and opportunities
Support change management and team engagement
