**Manager, Commercial Operations** **Position Summary:** * **Work Schedule: **Monday – Friday 8:00AM – 5:00PM __ * **100% onsite** Catalent’s Baltimore/Harmans, MD (BWI) site is a leading facility supporting gene therapy development and manufacturing, with capabilities spanning early development through clinical and commercial production. The site works with a range of biotech and pharmaceutical partners across advanced biologics, including viral vectors and complex therapies. With modern technologies and a collaborative, cross-functional environment, it offers opportunities across scientific, operational, and business teams within a growing area of the industry. The **Manager, Commercial Operations **is responsible for leading the transition of client programs following contract execution, serving as the primary business contact for assigned portfolios and driving cross-functional alignment to ensure efficient delivery and a seamless client experience. This role drives cross-functional alignment across operations, quality, supply chain, and external partners to ensure efficient delivery and a seamless client experience. **The Role:** * Act as a subject matter expert on segment offerings, capabilities, and business processes, providing guidance across internal teams * Partner with Program Management to support client relationships and ensure a high level of client satisfaction * Collaborate with Operations, Quality, and Supply Chain to address critical client needs and drive aligned execution * Analyze market trends, client needs, and portfolio gaps to inform commercial strategy and identify new opportunities * Support business development strategy through input on targeting, account planning, pricing, and participation in S&OP and demand planning processes * Other duties as assigned **The Candidate:** * Bachelor’s degree required; scientific or engineering discipline highly preferred; advanced degree preferred * Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in pharmaceuti
