Must Have
Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Architecture, Energy, Building Science or Construction Management or related subject, 3+ years experience in residential or commercial energy efficiency
Nice to Have
HERS, BPI, CEM, AIA, LEED, or Passive House credentials, Experience in energy efficiency programs, Expertise in energy modeling, Expertise in energy efficiency technologies and products, Expertise in commercial energy issues in both existing buildings and new construction, Project management proficiency in managing budgets, Project management proficiency in organizational procedures, Project management proficiency in cross-operational personnel units, Knowledge of building science principles, Knowledge of construction building codes, Relationships with key market actors in the residential construction industry
What You'll Do.
Provide direct management and leadership to the ICF
Approve timesheets and expenses
Conduct regular individual check-in meetings
Conduct annual performance reviews
Provide administrative and technical expertise to clients
Provide administrative and technical expertise to partner trade
Provide administrative and technical expertise to participants
Facilitate monthly invoicing with ICF operations team
Facilitate performance dashboards with ICF operations team
Facilitate KPI tracking and reporting with ICF operations
