What They're Looking For.

Must Have

Bachelor's Degree required in Statistics, Data Science, Life Sciences, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related quantitative field, 7-8 years of progressive experience in US pharmaceutical commercial analytics, Deep knowledge of US pharma commercial datasets: patient-level claims (IQVIA, Komodo Health, Symphony Health), specialty pharmacy (867), EMR, sales data, and access/payer data is required, Proficiency in coding techniques such as SQL, SAS, R, or Python for data manipulation and workflow advanced Excel skills required, experience with Tableau or Power BI for performance, launch, and brand analytics dashboard development

Nice to Have

Advanced degree (Master's or MBA) in Analytics, Data Science, Business, or a related quantitative field is strongly preferred, Relevant advanced certifications in analytics, cloud platforms, or project management are a plus, Experience with Databricks or cloud-based analytics environments is preferred, Prior experience of managing or formally mentoring analysts in a US pharma or healthcare analytics setting is preferred
