# Manager Collections Strategy **Do work that matters** Our goal is to design and evolve collections strategies that support customers through periods of financial difficulty, enabling better long‑term outcomes while balancing responsible portfolio performance. This role sits within the Collections Strategy team, a key part of the Collections Excellence Crew, responsible for shaping and executing credit risk strategies across the customer lifecycle and all retail products. The Collections Strategy team plays a critical role in improving how we engage with customers in arrears, using data, analytics, and decisioning systems to drive better outcomes for customers and the bank. **See yourself in the team** As a Manager, you will be hands‑on in developing, analysing, and implementing collections strategies. You will work closely with senior leaders to translate analytical insight into strategy proposals and system‑based changes, contributing directly to measurable improvements in customer and portfolio performance. Your day could look like (but not limited to): * Analyse customer, credit and collections performance to identify risk trends, opportunities, and priority levers. * Develop and refine collections strategies, rules, and analytics to improve effectiveness and outcomes. * Translate analytical insight into implemented changes within collections and decisioning platforms (e.g. PowerCurve). * Monitor performance against key risk indicators, and defined success measures, highlighting emerging risks or underperformance. * Support senior stakeholders and governance forums with clear, evidence‑based analysis and recommendations. * Contribute to continuous improvement of strategies, processes, and controls to strengthen how credit risk is managed and monitored over time. * Collaborate with technology, operations, and risk partners to support delivery of change. **What successful candidates will look like** We’re looking for an analytically strong and delivery‑focused pr
