5 years progressive experience in marketing, partnerships, communications or agency function, College or University degree in business or marketing communications, Operational, project development and management experience in hospitality or consumer brand role, Excellent project manager with business acumen, Ability to build business relationships across disciplines, Comfortable in a matrixed organization, Proven ability to make strategic choices, Highly results oriented with experience delivering key results, Capacity to develop complex operational roadmaps, Capacity to develop workback schedules, Capacity to develop cross functional collaborative models, Ability to read, understand, and construct financial budgets, Ability to analytically read through legal contracts

Streamline collaborations approval processes
Enable cross-functional synergies
Provide structure and insight to organization
Champion Collaboration pillars
Lead weekly Collaborations Operational Center of Excellence meetings
Lead monthly Commercial Sync meetings
Lead quarterly team connects
Manage annual Collaborations Framework deployment process
Project manage consistent messaging
Ensure briefs are created for legal
Ensure all touchpoints are considered for activation
Identify integration opportunities across lines of business and
Facilitate collaboration across key stakeholders
Develop consistent tools for campaign measurement
Lead campaign measurement for Masterbrand and global integrated
Consult for all other campaigns
Refine KPI framework based on learnings
Support lines of business in objective-setting
