Must Have
6+ years of experience in healthcare IT or clinical system integration, Minimum 1 year of leadership experience managing teams or projects, understanding of clinical laboratory terminology, CPT codes, LOINC, and lab workflows, Hands-on experience with LIS, EHR systems, and integration engines, Proficiency in HL7, FHIR, and healthcare interoperability standards, Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, analytical and problem-solving abilities, Ability to travel up to 10%
Nice to Have
Certification in healthcare integration standards (e.g., HL7, FHIR), Familiarity with laboratory compliance standards (CLIA, CAP), Experience managing cross-functional teams and complex integration projects, Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving healthcare technology environment
