Consulting and private equity firms come to proSapient when they need to discover knowledge to help them make great decisions and succeed in their goals. It is our mission to support them in their discovery of knowledge. We help our clients find industry experts who can provide their knowledge via interview or survey: we curate this knowledge in a market-leading software platform; and we help clients surface knowledge they already have through expansive knowledge management. We’re hiring a Client Services Manager to help scale our Private Equity business at proSapient. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in high-pace, high-expectation environments and wants real ownership: of people, of clients, and of outcomes. You’ll build and lead a high-performing team, partner closely with senior PE clients, and help define how proSapient scales its Private Equity offering through consistently high-quality, insight-led projects. You’ll sit at the intersection of people leadership, client strategy, and commercial performance, reflecting proSapient’s values while helping define what excellence looks like in our Private Equity offering. **Key duties in this role will include: ** _Project Management: _ * Oversee the delivery of multiple, fast-moving Private Equity projects, ensuring quality, speed, and consistency. * Coach and support Project Leads through complex, niche, or time-sensitive briefs. * Use performance data to spot delivery issues early and continuously improve how work gets done. * Maintain high standards across compliance, process, and client experience. _Client Management: _ * Act as a senior point of contact for PE clients, from deal teams through to senior partners.
