Health and retention of the account; account revenue growth; achieve contractual targets and related performance metrics; ensure all goals and objectives are met on a project-by-project basis; ensure SLA's are met; products are received by the customer on time

What They're Looking For.
Must Have
8 years of relevant work experience, consistently identify critical elements, variables and alternatives to develop solutions, organize/prioritize existing resources and incorporate new information, as needed, to implement the most effective solutions, apply excellent functional computer knowledge in utilizing Microsoft Windows, MAC, or other technical tools in completing assignments, apply expertise in all the tools or applications used to complete work assignments, mentor junior level team members in the use of tools and/or systems in the position, explain programs policies and procedures in language that is understood by others, modify communication style both formal and informal to match the appropriate level of the audience targeted, understanding of the impact of a message on the organization or customer

guide staff in custom printing projects
facilitate creating prototypes
maintain customer compliance procedures
ensure customer branding guidelines are met
work with vendors to ensure SLAs are met
recommend moving print work to other sites/vendors
provide monthly reports
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
extensive collaboration with Customers, RRD stakeholders and external print and service providers; work with Sales and Leadership; work with Sales Representative, Sales Management and Leadership; communicates new information to Sales Representatives
Communication Scope
modify communication style; explain programs policies and procedures in language that is understood by others
Process & Methodology
manage multi-channel communication projects, manage project-by-project basis
