What You'll Do.
Facilitating and leading the onboarding process for both new and existing clients
Maintaining a comprehensive understanding of each client mandate’s specific requirements
Ensuring that all key stakeholders are accountable for executing their respective responsibilities
Overseeing and project managing the onboarding process through to completion
Managing change events throughout the client lifecycle
including coordinating transitions and terminations
Supporting product launches—such as ETFs and mutual funds—and managing client onboarding into these products
Leading institutional client and T. Rowe Price proprietary product onboarding activities and other change events
Implementing new business and leading cross functional account change events
Liaising between all internal and external stakeholders to ensure all documentation and operational requirements are fulfilled prior to inception/effective date
Proactively identify and address all client operational needs
Offering and developing solutions to optimize the client experience related to client on-boarding
offboarding and lifecycle events
Serving as subject matter experts in client onboarding
and managing complex changes throughout the client lifecycle
Partnering closely with Client Account Services and Relationship Management teams to support the successful delivery of new client business
as well as to retain and expand existing relationships
Providing front-line project management for the implementation of new mandates and products
Overseeing change management activities across multiple investment vehicles
Acting as a single point of contact for internal stakeholders involved in implementation processes
Coordinating project teams comprising 15–20 stakeholders
End-to-end execution of onboarding and change initiatives
Collaborating closely with Client Account Services to ensure a thorough understanding of client objectives and requirements
Maintaining ongoing communication to optimize the overall client experience
Oversees and manages Onboarding and Change Activities for Clients
Contributes to the launch of TRP Products
Partners closely with Stakeholder Teams to deliver solutions and results for clients
Navigates a large and complex organisation easily
