Nice to Have
Prior experience in marketing and business development field at a law firm supporting client teams and/or transactional practices, Familiarity with external data sources (league tables, transaction data, research databases) used to monitor industry trends and regional developments, Familiarity with experience management databases such as Content Pilot or Foundation
What You'll Do.
Collaborate with CDE Directors to support strategic plans and objectives for our Banking and Credit Practice and related initiatives
including client teams.
Drive cross-practice collaboration
with particular emphasis on the Firm’s financial institutions and private credit clients.
Manage relationships and serve as a resource assisting with related communications
research and reporting
marketing communications
coordination of projects.
Lead implementation efforts of strategic plans to ensure successful growth and consistency regarding the Firm’s key business initiatives.
Work with and mentor junior team members.
Expand client portfolios.
Lead cross-practice initiatives.
Drive measurable revenue growth.
Collaborate with the CDE team
and select client teams in implementing business development strategies and action plans.
Support cross-practice collaboration Banking and Credit and respective adjacent practices and industry teams (e.g.
Litigation and Regulatory) to amplify Firmwide relevance.
and pursue high-potential client and sector opportunities across the financial ecosystem.
Support Partners and other firm administrative departments with presentation development
pitches and responses to RFPs for new business
and internal presentations and varied practice management duties.
Liaise with CDE team members and Partners to prepare and maintain up-to-date practice descriptions
capability statements
competitive intelligence and other business development materials.
Manage and oversee the development and writing of marketing assist Partners with market research
editing of materials.
Work with CDE team members to accurately maintain the Firm's engagement database and deals and case experience across all channels

Manage and oversee practice and client events

Collaborate with senior CDE team members and the Firm’s public relations resources to support public relations efforts including key corporate events
