This role requires a hands-on leader who can manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring quality standards, budget compliance, and minimal disruption to facility operations. ## **Key Responsibilities** **Project Management** Manage end-to-end execution of civil and interior works including repairs, renovations, refurbishments, and fit-outs. Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets for planned and reactive maintenance works. Coordinate with internal stakeholders, tenants, and external contractors to schedule works with minimal operational impact. Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to required quality standards. **Technical Oversight** Conduct regular facility inspections to identify maintenance requirements and potential risks. Assess structural integrity issues, water ingress problems, flooring defects, ceiling damages, and interior finishes deterioration. Review and approve technical drawings, specifications, and method statements from contractors.
