What They're Looking For.

Must Have

At least two cycles of experience managing high-volume outreach, engagement, advocacy or political campaign-based programs, including direct experience with phone and/or SMS programs, Demonstrated experience managing multi-channel outreach programs, including coordination, deployment, and performance tracking, Hands-on experience with outreach platforms such as CallHub, Strive, GetThru, Hustle, NGP VAN, or similar tools, Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously, while maintaining attention to detail and execution quality, Experience coordinating across teams to deliver timely results and meet shared objectives, Ability to monitor performance against defined targets, identify gaps or risks, and recommend opportunities for improvement, organizational and communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey updates, issues, and next steps, Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, based on program needs

Nice to Have

Spanish language proficiency, including experience supporting bilingual outreach, Experience working in or supporting outreach efforts in working-class communities, Experience building targeted outreach lists using NGP VAN or similar CRM tools

The salary for this role is $103,500 annually.
