Minimum High School certificate, Minimum 6 years’ experience within IT distribution as an outbound account manager or BDM with a customer service orientation, Appropriate vendor product sales certifications, A good understanding of the channel business and existing reseller partner relationships, A good understanding of the Vendor product range you represent, Experience in managing people and providing team leadership and guidance, Good presentation and negotiation skills, Ability to self manage, plan and to close deals, management attributes including sound business acumen and results orientation
Nice to Have
Bachelor’s Degree qualification, Diploma in IT or related field
What You'll Do.
Maximize profit outcome of assigned vendor/s
Attain mutually agreed revenue goals
Manage profit and loss of vendors
Develop strategies to on-board new vendors
Manage business planning for vendor product group
Implement sales enablement programs
Create joint initiatives with vendors
Recruit new partners for assigned vendor
Take ownership of complex opportunities
Develop sales competencies with partners
Instigate sales programs to build pipelines
Update and use CRM tool proactively
Maintain vendor performance data
Ensure accurate business forecasting
Provide direction and support to team

Work with Business Unit Director; Work with Vendor Business Executive; Work with Vendor Operations Executive; Work with Client Executives; Work with Partners; Work with end user customers; Close working relationship with Business Unit Director
