6+ years in card disputes, chargebacks, or payments operations (issuing and acquiring experience essential), Proven track record managing team leads or managers in fintech, payments, or financial services, knowledge of Visa/Mastercard scheme rules and the chargeback lifecycle, Data-driven and operationally excellent—you use MI to drive decisions and improve performance, stakeholder management and communication skills, Comfortable in a fast-changing environment and excited by the challenge

Managing Team Leads and building high-performing teams who deliver quality

Making expert calls on representment

and scheme escalations

Driving performance against recovery rates

Working cross-functionally with Fraud

and Data teams to continuously improve processes and tooling

Acting as the go-to expert on scheme rules and dispute strategy across the business
