Manager, Card Executive Communications (Hybrid) We’re looking for an excellent communications leader to join our team and drive a comprehensive communications strategy for a senior executive in Card. As a key advisor, this Executive Communications leader will shape and execute the communications strategy to drive the vision and strategy of the leader and the organization, while supporting our unique team culture centered around Capital One’s values. This person will be responsible for developing and implementing internal communications that connect leaders and their teams to their leaders’ business strategy and the Card strategy. Our work directly supports business programs and initiatives and helps cultivate the best associate experience. By joining our team, you’ll be expected to push the envelope, find a better way and strive to do the extraordinary. You will be responsible for evaluating opportunities, driving communications strategies from start to finish, and preparing content for internal audiences. You should be knowledgeable in providing communications counsel that is backed by channel metrics and associate feedback, comfortable and well-versed in speaking to leadership teams, and willing to partner with HR, chiefs of staff, and other stakeholders to most effectively drive communications.
