Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Business Administration, or related, Minimum 5 years of experience in capital markets, real estate investment banking, or related fields, Proven record of completing large-scale commercial real estate transactions, network of local and international investors, Excellent financial analysis and modeling skills, Outstanding communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities, Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work both independently and as part of a team, Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia, Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the regulatory environment and property markets in Indonesia

What You'll Do.
Lead and execute investment transactions involving office
and mixed-use properties on behalf of domestic and international clients
Build and maintain relationships with investors
and key market participants
Analyze market trends and provide strategic advisory services on capital market opportunities
Oversee the preparation of marketing materials
and transaction documentation
Negotiate and structure complex transactions in line with clients' objectives and compliance requirements
Support due diligence processes and coordinate with legal
and other internal teams
Deliver high-quality presentations and pitches to clients
institutional investors
Mentor and guide junior team members to support their professional growth
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the regulatory environment and property markets in Indonesia
