Summary: We are seeking an experienced IT Capacity Manager to develop, manage, and forecast capacity requirements based on our business needs and IT infrastructure growth. This role will optimize existing capacity utilization and ensure robust data recovery, maintenance, and integrity across various platforms. The ideal candidate will serve as a resource for IT planning and facilitate strategic presentations to IT management and business stakeholders. Responsibilities: Develop and manage capacity requirements aligned with business needs and infrastructure growth. Facilitate the creation of policies to optimize existing capacity usage. Ensure data recovery, maintenance, integrity, and space requirements across platforms. Conduct capacity workload modeling and availability analysis for large environments. Serve as an expert resource for IT groups in planning system resource requirements. Present statistical availability, trend analysis, and recommendations to IT leadership. Ensure the reliability and availability of platforms to meet business objectives.
