About the Team The DoorDash Campaign Operations team’s mission is to efficiently deliver high quality, relevant communications that meet the needs of our audiences, globally. To accomplish this mission, we’re building a team of technical CRM experts who build, QA, and launch marketing campaigns designed by our Lifecycle Marketing partners. This team is goaled on high quality campaign delivery and operational efficiency to enable DoorDash to achieve its missions and continue to grow rapidly. About the Role As the Campaign Operations Manager, you will lead a 5 person Operations team that builds, QAs and launches hundreds of high quality CRM campaigns per year . You will partner closely with the Consumer Lifecycle team to ensure each campaign has the right staffing, has completed all required steps prior to launch, and is delivered on time to the end-consumer, with high quality and excellent craft. You will be responsible for your team’s high quality campaign delivery rate goal and partner with Martech, Product and Analytics to identify opportunities for further improvement across our Campaign Operation processes and tools. This role will report to the Head of Cx Campaign Operations. You’re excited about this opportunity because you will… Team Leadership: Manage and develop a team of Campaign Operations Associates, fostering growth, collaboration, and excellence in campaign execution. Ensure each team member stays accountable to the Campaign development requirements. Team Performance: Own the high quality campaign delivery rate goal and production efficiency for your audience. Identify new processes, talent development and tools required to improve the quality, craft and production efficiency of campaigns each quarter. Operational Efficiency: Develop and drive adoption of AI-enabled workflows, processes, and best practices to ensure campaigns are launched with high quality and minimal errors.
