Our Buy Enablement Operations team plays a key role in implementing the organization’s strategic vision and enabling operational excellence. Working in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth business practice. The Manager, Buy Enablement of Operations plays a critical role in ensuring that buy management activities and deliverables are executed on time at a high-quality level. In this role you will be responsible for coordinating and executing all day-to-day campaign buy administration activity for assigned client brands and campaigns, under the direction of a Buy Enablement Operations Associate Director and/or Director. You are a key team member, working within our buy management processes and systems to ensure client orders are processed and monthly bill/pay activities are managed throughout the buy management process, within client approved budgets. This role includes developing positive and assertive relationships with planning and activation teams to effectively implement the client order, buys, billing, actualization and payments, in accordance with GroupM Standard Operating Procedures.
