What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience), 7+ years of experience in Business Systems, ERP systems, Enterprise Applications, or Business Analysis roles, Experience operating as a Product Owner, Business Systems Manager, Senior Business Systems Analyst, or Enterprise Applications lead, understanding of enterprise business processes across finance, manufacturing, operations, and systems integrations, Experience supporting workflows related to Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Payroll, and operational systems, Experience gathering business and technical requirements and translating them into scalable systems solutions, Ability to bridge business stakeholders and technical teams to improve operational efficiency and systems interoperability, communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills in fast-paced environments, U. S. citizen, lawful U. S. permanent resident (i. e. , current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U. S. as a refugee or granted asylum, or be eligible to obtain the required authorizations from the U. S. Department of State and/or the U. S. Department of Commerce, as applicable

and external vendors to align systems strategy with business needs
Support and improve integrations across ERP
and operational systems
Support business workflows related to Accounts Payable
and operational data management
Help model and optimize future-state business workflows and enterprise systems interoperability
Translate operational and business requirements into actionable delivery plans and technical solutions
Support enterprise systems modernization
and continuous process improvement initiatives
