What They're Looking For.

Must Have

minimum of 4 years’ experience of business or systems analysis and process improvement, Experience in defining and eliciting business requirements, testing, Basic knowledge in defining and documenting business processes, An understanding of current general information technology concepts, theories, trends and systems, minimum of 3 years’ supervisory experience preferably with a team of business analysts, written and verbal communication skills, ability to effectively conduct presentations, organizational skills, attention to detail, Ability to work effectively with all levels of employees, Ability to adapt to and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously as well as shifting priorities, demands and timelines, Experience in process improvement and change management processes, Ability to meet deadlines, work within and across teams

Nice to Have

prefer 5 years [experience in defining and eliciting business requirements and testing], Experience with Workday support, Workday Student modules, higher education environment

What You'll Do.

Serve as primary liaison between the campus community

related third parties and the IT organization

Provide business process solutions to meet departmental and institutional needs

Analyze business unit operations and functions to identify gaps and deficiencies

implement and support solutions used to automate or improve processes and functions

Plan and direct efforts in the redesign

implementation and support of business processes and systems

Lead business process re-engineering teams for complex business process redesign

Translate high-level business requirements into detailed specifications for technology staff

Provide status updates

reports and presentation to all relevant stakeholders

priorities and managing work efforts of team

train and measure performance of team

Prepare testing plans and design and maintain test scripts

Conduct testing in support of upgrades and enhancements

Maintain system configurations

Maintain user and training documentation

Provide training for primary users
