10+ years of experience in business analysis, at least 3-5 years in a leadership or managerial role, understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc. ) and the full software development life cycle (SDLC), Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, Expertise in requirements gathering techniques, Expertise in process modeling (e. g. , BPMN), Expertise in data modeling, Proficiency with business analysis tools (e. g. , JIRA, Confluence, Visio), Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team of professionals, organizational skills, ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Nice to Have
Master's degree, Proven experience within the financial technology (Fintech) sector, Certifications such as CBAP, CCBA, or PMP
What You'll Do.
Lead and mentor a team of Business Systems Analysts
Oversee the end-to-end business analysis lifecycle
Conduct in-depth analysis of existing business processes and systems
Define and document use cases
Facilitate workshops and meetings to elicit
and prioritize requirements
Manage and prioritize multiple projects concurrently
Develop and implement best practices for business systems analysis
Participate in system design discussions
Support the QA team in developing test plans and strategies
Act as a subject matter expert for assigned business domains and systems
