As a Manager, you’ll take full ownership of delivery quality, pace, and outcomes, building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, steering decision-making, and ensuring solutions deliver real value and adoption. Alongside client delivery, you’ll play a key role in developing our people and capability — coaching consultants, role-modelling best practice, and contributing to the growth and maturity of the Op-i practice. **About the Role** A BPM-focused Operational Intelligence Manager at Enfuse is accountable for leading client engagements centred on establishing, scaling, and embedding Business Process Management (BPM) capabilities. They combine deep BPM expertise with strong advisory and commercial skills, helping clients design sustainable process-led operating models that unlock value from AI, automation, and digital transformation.
