We are seeking a strategic and operationally strong Manager, Business Intelligence to build and scale our GTM analytics function across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Revenue Operations, and Executive Leadership. This role is ideal for a leader who can combine strong business acumen, modern analytics practices, and scalable operating models to help the organization make faster, more informed decisions. You will be responsible for building a trusted analytics function that moves beyond ad hoc reporting toward proactive, standardized, and decision-oriented insights. What You’ll Be Doing - Build & Scale the GTM Analytics Function Establish and evolve a centralized Go-to-Market analytics function that supports Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Executive Leadership. Develop scalable processes, operating models, and prioritization frameworks to support business growth. - Define Executive Metrics & Business Health Reporting Own the development and governance of core GTM KPIs across pipeline, revenue, retention, expansion, product adoption, customer health, and operational performance. Ensure consistent definitions and trusted reporting across the organization. - Develop a Scalable Analytics Operating Model Build repeatable analytics workflows that reduce dependency on ad hoc analysis and create sustainable self-service capabilities. Partner with stakeholders to prioritize initiatives and align analytics investments to business impact. - Dashboard & Insight Strategy Lead the strategy and evolution of dashboards and reporting products in
